Metal Mafia is a leader in the body art industry. We design and sell high quality body piercing jewelry that thousands of tattoo and piercing studios across the country rely on in order to give their clients the best piercing experience possible. Our customers count on our sales team to help them get the items they need to grow their businesses and ensure that no one leaves their studio empty-handed.

As a sales assistant, you will be calling customers and checking to see what new initiatives they have going on in their studios and explaining to those customers which of the products we offer can best help them in meeting their goals. You will ask your customer good questions and listen carefully to his response so that you can get his order placed accurately.

What your day will look like: You will work remotely from a private room in your home with a door that closes so that you have no interruptions and can focus your attention on our customers. You will be expected to start working at 10am EST and you will start your day by making calls to your customers from 10-12. You will not always reach your customers on the first try, so you will use SalesForce to manage your contacts and see to it that all of your customers are spoken with on a regular basis. You will spend the rest of the day contacting customers to let them know about new products, about merchandise they have been waiting for, and orders with which they require assistance. Your work day will end at 5pm EST.

Pay is $20/hour or $17.35/hour + commission, your choice. Our benefits include:
