Sales Assistant
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to provide essential support to our dynamic Sales team at Irresistible Foods Group. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales Operations, the Sales Assistant will play a critical role in facilitating seamless sales operations, coordinating administrative tasks, and contributing to the overall success of the sales department.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports all aspects of Sales Team requests and supports as requested.
- Manages and coordinates administrative functions for IFG Sales members, helps with travel, meetings and coordination of events as needed.
- Process sample requests, facilitates company mailing, processes check requests, coordinates and sets up meetings.
- Acts as the point person for IFG Sales Offices and coordination when visitors in town.
- Supports the sales team with Customer presentations, which includes capturing data, presentation formatting, crafting charts, graphs, tables, etc.
- Responsible for supporting the planning and execution of Sales Meetings and Trade Shows, tracking spend against budget, coordinating materials, and assisting on site as needed.
- Maintain organized electronic filing systems to stay on top of key items that can be referenced and called upon quickly if needed.
- Manage multiple ongoing projects, execute with excellence, and complete all work on-time.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Collaborates with team members on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects.
- Assist managers in identifying issues and suggesting improvements to drive efficiency.
- Adhoc projects, reports and other tasks as needed Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of this role.
BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE)
- High School diploma required.
- Minimum of three (3) years general office experience required; experience as an administrative assistant or coordinator preferred.
- Solid understanding of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Showed talent of administrative writing skills, verbal communication, reporting skills, supply management, office equipment maintenance, organization skills, time management, event planning, and project management.
- Proficient ability to add, subtracts, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
- Ability to activate and amplify aloha via King's values of excellence, dignity, saying it life it is in a way it can be heard; and curiosity, collaboration, critical thinking and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Compensation Range: 18.61 - 25.18 USD Hourly
