Sales Assistant

OUTLET SALES ASSOCIATE – FULL TIME / PART TIME

Location: Cheshire Oaks

Reports to: Store Manager

Effective Date: 01 November 2024

ABOUT THE POSITION

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Associate to join our Columbia Retail team in Cheshire Oaks.

As a Sales Associate, your contribution will be essential to provide the best in-store experience to our customers. As an ambassador of the brand, your mission will be to understand customer’s needs and advise them on products.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

• Provide all customers with an excellent service giving advice on our products to elevate the consumer experience.
• Be a proud ambassador of Columbia by providing information to all customers on current product features and benefits.
• Create consumer loyalty through high-quality interactions with the goal of increasing brand engagement and conversion to sales.
• Ensure that all our products are displayed in accordance with the Company’s VM guidelines.
• Maintain a positive working environment and communication with all management and staff.
• Ensure company’s policies & procedures are followed and suggest improvements.
• Capability to operate POS system.

WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL?

• Experience in a customer service and/or sales-oriented position.
• Reliable, responsible and committed.
• You are passionate about customer service and love to interact with people.
• Attention to detail throughout the day for store standards.
• You enjoy working in a team and bring interpersonal skills.

• Willing to join a high performing team willing to undertake challenges.
• Available to work on flexible schedule, including Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays.
