Cambria has an excellent opportunity for a motivated, organized individual seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a Sales Assistant to provide personalized administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner to several executives within the Sales organization. This role calls for an individual who can maintain a calm, courteous and professional demeanor at all times. In addition, the individual should enjoy interacting with people and be organized and able to multitask.

**This position is not available for remote work and standard office hours are 8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday (adjustments from these hours may be needed at times).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate travel for sales executive leadership team
  • Prepare and review monthly expense reports
  • Work cross collaboratively with Executives and the Talent Acquisition team to schedule interviews and follow up using calendar and Applicant Tracking System. (Workday)
  • Build itineraries and agendas for meetings
  • Maintain Sales organizational charts and trackers
  • Assist in planning, organizing and execution of Business Meetings with customers coming in to MN
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and establish priorities with a calm sense of responsibility
  • Detail orientation with the commitment to quality and accuracy in all end product deliverables
  • Excellent experience and skill with Microsoft or Google Suite products
  • Solid and proven work ethic and outstanding organizational skills
  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to make decisions using sound judgment
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively and professionally with internal and external customers
  • Handle confidential information and meet tight deadlines

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

Systems: Strong with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) Experience with Office Systems such as Zoom, Concur, Slack and Salesforce. Applicant Tracking System or Workday

Additional Requirements:

Managerial Responsibilities: No

Travel Requirements: May be required to travel and transport staff/guests between Cambria locations, must hold a valid driver's license

Physical Requirements: This is an office position requiring phone and computer use
