With our showroom located just 15 minutes north of Seattle we are a prime location to sell one of the fastest growing brands to one of the fastest growing cities in the nation Car Sales Responsibilities • Learn product and inventory and become an expert in all things KIA. Be able to assess customers needs and help locate a vehicle that fits those needs • Assist customers through the purchase process from locating the vehicle that works for them to filling out proper paperwork and answering general questions. • Prospect new and existing customers • Keep a customer-first attitude and work with your sales co-workers in a team oriented environment • Follow up with customers through call, email, and text Car Sales Compensation and Benefits Our pay plan is commission based with bonuses and there is no limit to potential income • 401k Program • Base Salary • Medical, Dental, and Vision plans • Paid Time Off • Employee pricing on in stock vehicles A majority of our current management staff started in sales!
