Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team for door-to-door sales of solar panel cleaning services. This position requires knocking on 100 doors a day, engaging with homeowners to introduce and educate them about the importance of regular solar panel cleaning, and offering our services to help increase their solar system's efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Door-to-Door Sales: Knock on 100 doors daily to introduce and sell our professional solar panel cleaning services.
β’ Customer Engagement: Approach each homeowner with a positive and professional attitude, listen to their needs, and educate them on the importance of keeping their solar panels clean to maximize efficiency and extend the lifespan of their system.
β’ Service Consultation: Explain the benefits of our cleaning services, including improved energy production, reduced maintenance costs, and enhanced aesthetics.
β’ Lead Generation: Qualify leads, schedule appointments for cleanings, and build a customer pipeline for future service renewals.
β’ Sales Goals: Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
β’ Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and sales using our CRM system.
β’ Customer Care: Provide excellent customer service, respond to questions, and address concerns in a timely manner to build trust and foster long-term relationships with clients.
β’ Team Collaboration: Share insights and feedback with the team to continuously improve sales techniques and service offerings. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and sales strategies.
Qualifications:
β’ Experience: Previous experience in door-to-door sales, customer service, or sales in a related industry is a plus but not required. We provide comprehensive training.
β’ Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain the benefits of solar cleaning services in a clear and engaging manner.
β’ Self-Motivation: Motivated and goal-oriented, able to work independently and maintain a high level of productivity throughout the day.
β’ Customer Focus: Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service, building rapport, and addressing customer needs.
β’ Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and consistent in following up with leads and fulfilling commitments.
β’ Physical Stamina: Able to walk door-to-door in various weather conditions, covering significant distances each day.
β’ Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and mobile technology to track leads, set appointments, and report on sales activities.
β’ Driver's License: Valid driverβs license and reliable transportation is required.

Pay: From $5,000.00 per month
