Sales Associate - Base PLUS Commission!

We are a busy tax resolution firm looking for a full-time, sales associates with an energetic personality that enjoys speaking to and helping individuals. The right candidate is outgoing, has a great attitude, and is a self-starter with a great phone presence. This position has excellent potential for advancement within the organization. What you will do as a Sales Associate: • Take inbound calls from prospective clients • Make outbound calls on prospect inquiries that are 100% lead generated - no cold calling! • Take prospective clients through qualifying process • Successfully onboard new clients What will make you successful: • Preferably 1 year of Customer Service/Sales/Call Center experience • Great communication skills • Confident and pleasant phone voice presence • Active listening skills • Demonstrate consistent follow-up and organizational qualities • Strong work ethic • Ability to remain focused and productive in a fast-paced environment • Bilingual is a PLUS!
