SALES ASSOCIATE FOR SOUVENIR SHOP/FASHION

Overview: We are seeking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. As a Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and driving sales growth through effective communication and sales techniques. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about building relationships and exceeding customer expectations. Basic requirements to be considered for a position: • Must have high school diploma • Must speak English (multi-lingual people are encouraged to apply) • Must be legal to work in the United States • No criminal record of any kind • Must have at least 1 year experience in a Retail Store and of the same job. • Ability to perform basic Math, writing and reading tasks without supervision • Must have knowledge in opening and closing register. • Must be able to bend and lift heavy boxes (20-50 lbs) • Ability to think quickly and resolve issues Essential Job Responsibilities • Support your sales team by creating an organized and pleasant shopping environment for our guests • Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently. • Replenish merchandise on the sales floor. • Perform merchandise display and inventory control tasks. • Be able to stand on your feet all day and lift up 25 lbs.
