Use your enthusiasm, product knowledge, and commitment to customer service to deliver an outstanding shopping experience Responsibilities • Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and enhance the customer’s shopping experience. • Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits, fostering informed purchasing decisions. • Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with purchases. • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is properly displayed and stocked. • Utilize basic math skills to process sales transactions and provide change to customers. • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment. • Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage tasks independently with minimal supervision Skills • Previous experience in retail, particularly in accessories or fashion, is preferred. • Proven experience in a quota-carrying sales role is a plus. • Ability to effectively upsell products while maintaining a friendly demeanor. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with customers effectively. • Experience delivering engaging product demonstrations is a plus. • Flexible schedule Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Employee discount • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Shift: • 8 hour shift • Day shift • Evening shift • Morning shift Work Location: In person
