Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. This individual will be responsible for processing customer orders, building relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities over the phone. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a willingness to learn about LED products. Knowledge of the LED industry is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Order Processing:
• Efficiently manage and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products.
• Client Communication:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on products, pricing, and delivery timelines. Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Lead Generation:
Proactively seek out new leads through outbound calls, research, and networking. Identify potential customers in various industries who can benefit from our LED products.Work to meet or exceed sales targets by converting leads into new business opportunities and securing repeat orders from existing clients.While prior LED knowledge is not required, willingness to learn about our product offerings and industry trends is essential in assisting clients effectively.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, orders, and leads in our CRM system. Ensure that all customer information is organized and accessible.Work closely with other departments (e.g., production, logistics, and customer service) to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Familiarity with basic sales and order management software (CRM systems) is a plus.
• Knowledge of theLED industryis advantageous, but we are open to training the right candidate.
• Self-motivatedwith a results-driven attitude and the ability to work independently.
• Ability toadaptto changing customer needs and work effectively in a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience insalesor customer service, ideally within the manufacturing or technical industry.
• A general understanding ofLED technologyor energy-efficient products.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
