We’re seeking a dedicated Industrial Cleaning Specialist to join our operations team. This role involves working on-site at industrial facilities to perform deep cleaning, equipment sanitation, and environmental maintenance tasks. For the right candidate, there is a clear pathway to a leadership role and ownership stake in the business. Key Responsibilities • Perform industrial cleaning tasks including power washing, degreasing, vacuuming, and hazardous waste removal. • Operate specialized cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. • Follow strict safety protocols and comply with OSHA standards. • Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness and compliance. • Communicate effectively with team members and site managers. • Maintain accurate cleaning logs and job reports. • Assist in training and mentoring new team members as the company grows.
