Sales Associate

Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, promoting and selling our products, and achieving sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment and develop your sales skills. Duties: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits - Provide accurate information about product specifications, pricing, and availability - Upsell additional products or accessories to maximize sales opportunities - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals Requirements: - Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred - Knowledge of wireless technology products is a plus - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent time management abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Exceptional customer service skills - Proficiency in English language - Basic understanding of electronics sales We offer competitive compensation, including commission-based incentives, as well as opportunities for career growth within our organization.
