Sales Associate

Job description P4 Clinical is a national medical laboratory with presence in Texas around Houston, San Antonio, and Dallas areas. P4 Clinical-Texas primarily services skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation hospitals, and other hospitals. The lab provides basic chemistry, hematology, immunology, coagulation, and PCR-based testing on the clinical side, and have a vast fleet of in-house mobile phlebotomists who service our customers throughout Texas by driving, drawing, and collecting specimens daily on the operational side. This is a unique opportunity to become a client service and sales representative for the San Antonio, Austin, and Houston markets for a business that currently services many large corporate accounts in those regions. You will have the support of a national laboratory that has a presence in over ten states which will allow you opportunities across a wide variety of high growth segments. You will be required to visit skilled nursing facilities regularly throughout the major markets in your territory – namely Houston, San Antonio, and Austin. The position will call on facilities in person and will require regular travel daily within your assigned territory. Essential duties and responsibilities: • Check in and maintain existing accounts, establishing relationships with the personnel within the respective facilities, and ascertaining whether there are any service problems, issues, concerns, etc. • Sell laboratory testing services to professionals within the skilled nursing, assisted living, and hospital space • Effectively manage travel logistics to maximize productivity • Collaborate closely with team members to retain current book of business • Perform in-services, training, and implementation with pertinent personnel and physician staff • Update all relevant customer account information • Provide ongoing customer support, education on focus products, and market updates for current customer base Requirements: • Bachelor's degree preferred – not required • Previous experience with mobile XRAY or skilled nursing laboratories preferred – not required • Any skilled nursing and assisted living experience preferred • Previous laboratory or diagnostics sales experience preferred • Proven success managing a book of business or if entry level – highly motivated self-starter • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Schedule: • Monday to Friday Travel requirement: • Travel • Up to 100% travel Experience: • Sales: some sales experience preferred, although not required License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required) Work Location: On the road Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Employee discount • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Shift: • Day shift • Morning shift Work Location: On the road
