Sales Associate/Repair Technician

Repair Tech / Sales Associate ZAGG is the gold standard in mobile device protection and accessories. Some of our brands include Invisible Shield, Mophie battery solutions, Braven audio, and Gear4 phone cases. We are in need of some hardworking individuals for our kiosk in Dallas Galleria Mall. We are looking for someone who is responsible, friendly, outgoing, and excited about mobile devices, and excited to help our customers find solutions to their mobile gadget needs. We pride ourselves on great products and excellent customer service. We have a fun team which you will want to be part of! We are looking to add 1 - 2 part time positions in the next month. Responsibilities JOB DUTIES INCLUDE: -Opening and/or closing the store -Providing product information to customers and helping find the right solution for their needs -Interacting with associates from retail partners such as Apple, ATT, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and more -Repairing customers devices -Installing purchased accessories, especially the InvisibleShield, on customers' devices -Performing inventory counts -Preparing kiosk to be presentable for all customers -Learning about new products coming to market -Reporting to the store manager and owners about your productivity, accomplishments, and areas for improvement Total Compensation: $13-$19 per hour • Base Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour (based on experience) • Bonus commission pay on each paycheck • SPIFF/Periodic sales incentives: additional commission for particular sales achievements (bi-monthly) • Customer Tips Job Type: Part-time Pay: $13.00 - $19.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Employee discount • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Vision insurance Shift: • 8 hour shift • Day shift • Evening shift Work Location: In person
