Sales Automation Operations Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitate business process assessments, enhancement recommendations, and implementation of Compliance Solutions systems/tools
- Support expansion efforts across Compliance Solutions breakthrough businesses, primarily in Data Solutions including DataCloud, Employment & Income Verification, & Real Income products
- Provide SFDC and Excel reporting and analysis
- Identify innovative solutions to streamline the sales process and improve efficiencies
- Conduct analysis and documentation of complex reports and projects with a high level of proficiency
- Partner with sales reporting team to strengthen standardized reporting
- Prioritization of system initiatives
- Provide input on key business strategies
- Work closely with sales team and partner development team helping them to determine requirements to maximize sales efficiencies
- Lead and develop a strategy for project execution
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in operations functions
- Proficiency in Excel and SFDC
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficiency in Tableau BI tools
- Experience with vendor management
- Ability to solve complex problems
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and matrix teams
- Intimate knowledge and understanding of sales process
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure of time constraints
