Sales Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Rep for Galls we'll depend on you to yield high growth sales to deliver results that connect to the company's overall growth plans. From the small agencies, to the big fish that we haven't lured in - you'll be committed to a high-growth mentality. You will be adaptable and be able to connect interpersonally with our customers to create those relationships.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Connect with low and no-spend accounts with the goal to yield high-growth and agency penetration
• Develop strong customer relationships by gaining trust and loyalty through honesty, responsiveness, and dependability
• Meet key metrics to increase over margin improvement relative to pricing, cross-category penetration, frequency of orders, and average order by customer
• Achieve daily established activity targets
• Work collaboratively with regional sales team to develop and execute sales strategy for assigned accounts
• Maintain customer contact database inclusive of all account decision makers and account information
• Obtain competitive market intelligence by gathering and analyzing information through various sources to further build your book
• Other duties to be assigned as business dictates

WHAT YOU BRING

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, and/or related field strongly preferred
• 2 to 4 years of previous sales experience desired
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills (you're comfortable smiling and dialing)
• An investigative approach to problem solving - you don't just scratch the surface - you get to the root cause and develop long-term solutions
• Collaborative and a team player
• Resourcefulness (you may not always have the answers, but you know where to find them)
