About Position:  

Experience: 2 - 4 Years 
Position Requirement: experience inputting data, coordination of events, must be a fast learner and computer savvy, must be able to follow instructions and willing to learn new systems, must be a team player.
Job Description: 
Responsible for working hand in hand with Events Coordinator to assist with venues and requirements. Responsible for entering listings and keeping all platforms updated. 
RESPONSABILITIES
• Events coordination assistance
• Marketing materials updates
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Organization Skills required.
• Experience using Outlook, Excel
• Must be able to work independently and as a team.

Marketing Materials: Responsible for updating marketing materials in all platforms, Box, sales websites, and all platforms: MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, BDX.
Mailchimp: Email campaigns, design, launch, track, create calendar with email campaigns to be sent, supervised by Promotions Coordinator/Management.
Events: Hotel, airfare, and transportation coordination
Food and beverages coordination.
Websites: Management and updates.
Social Media: Instragram and WhatsApp Business support.

Zillow: Input Community, Listings, Update Pricing, Incentives.
BDX-New Home Source: Input Community, Listings, Update Pricing, Incentives.
Realtor.com: Input Community, Listings, Update Pricing, Incentives.
