THE OPPORTUNITY 

TechInsights is looking for a Sales Collateral Content Creator with experience/familiarity in the technology sector to join our team of product marketers.
The ideal candidate has a marketing and sales collateral background, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a passion for storytelling, and experience creating programs that enable sales teams to effectively sell solutions to customers. This person should have an interest in the semiconductor industry, and proven ability to create and deliver content, tools, and training programs that drive sales productivity and performance and enhance TechInsights’ selling capabilities to support growth in our new business pipeline and increase our subscription renewal percentage.

Someone who is initiative-taking and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines will excel in our fast-paced, start-up like environment at TechInsights. This position is a critical member of the TechInsights product marketing team and reports to the Director of Product Marketing for our Market Analysis business. 

Collaboration and Research:

Develop deep knowledge of our products and how they connect and respond to the needs of our customer segments and personas. Work closely within the product organization with product management, subject matter experts, and product marketing management to fully understand the market, refine the messaging architecture, and nail the value proposition to create content that resonates and drives active users, new business pipeline, and increase renewal percentages. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing operations, and product, to find sales enablement needs and create relevant content, tools, and training programs.

Writing and Production:

Develop and implement sales enablement strategies and programs that support sales and marketing operations’ goals of increased pipeline and increased subscription renewal percentage. Develop and deliver sales training programs that provide the sales team with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively sell solutions. Create and support a library of sales enablement content, including presentations, case studies, battle cards, and other sales collateral.

Evaluation and Support:

Enhance availability and usage of content within Highspot to improve sales productivity and effectiveness. Analyze sales enablement program effectiveness and adjust strategies and programs accordingly. Ensure the sales team is up to date with product changes, offers, market trends, and competitive information.

WHAT YOU HAVE 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field. 
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales collateral, sales training, or related field. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally. 
  • Experience with sales collateral best practicies 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze sales performance data and adjust strategies accordingly. 
  • Knowledge of sales processes and methodologies. 
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate the story and value of a product to the market. 
  • Familiarity with and enthusiasm for leading edge technologies found in automobiles, computers, telecommunications, smartphones, wearables, games, virtual reality products and services.
