Partner with key team members to ensure accurate and timely performance-to-payout.
- Collaborate effectively with Sales and People Operations teams to onboard new hires, manage terminations and transfers in line with DoIt’s plan policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate system data, hierarchies, applicable plan components and eligibility of payments.
- Perform monthly audits to manage and maintain compensation data.
- Help create, maintain and distribute Sales Plans to Sales employees via internal tools.
- Proactively support sales teams in seeking proper resolution of commission-related matters.
- Help identify improvements / enhancements to the Sales Compensation plans, policies, and processes.
- Participate in the development, implementation, and communication of the new Sales Compensation program each fiscal year
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales compensation analysis or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales compensation frameworks.
- Exceptional planning, organization, and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate directly on a regular basis with team members, leaders and partners.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Previous exposure to Commission Management Tools such as Xactly Incent, Callidus or other.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com, SQL/BigQuery, SaaS based commissions automation tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
