Sales Communication & Training Associate

We’re hiring a Sales Communication & Training Specialist to support the development of sales product training, onboarding, certifications, and communications. This position will help build learning experiences, manage a repository of sales resources, and streamline communications with a focus on sales team product confidence and success in the field.
In this role, you will:
- Assist with the overall planning, scheduling, and execution of sales learning opportunities and initiatives
- Assist in the development of sales communications and a bi-weekly newsletter
- Use adult learning theory to inform design, recommendations, and review of sales learning materials
- Review and maintain internal learning coursework to ensure sales team confidence in product knowledge and customer interactions
- Attend and contribute to meetings with cross-functional teams to inform sales trainings, learning materials, and communications
- Audit and maintain certification courses and learning materials, making adjustments as needed based on product updates, enhancements, marketing campaigns, and education market needs
- Assess by building surveys or holding focus groups, the impact of trainings and recommend adjustments to current training materials or formats based on these assessments
- Organize, audit, and maintain HighSpot (internal sales enablement platform) resources to support internal teams and customers
- Travel required up to 20%

- Adept at filtering incoming information to provide clarity and focus for other teams
- Passionate about driving impact and change
- Flexible and excited to explore and recommend new ideas to continuously improve our approach to sales learning and training
On Your Resume:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in internal learning, training, and/or working closely with a sales team
- Experience working in education or on edtech products preferred

The starting salary for this role is between $50,000 -$65,000, depending on skills and experience. We take a geo-neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location. We have competitive pay bands for all other countries based on market standards. Individual compensation decisions are based on several factors, including experience level, skill set, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect most of the candidates offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description, as posted. If that is the case, the updated salary range will be communicated to you as a candidate.

BrainPOP is a hybrid work environment, allowing employees to self-select where they work–whether fully remote in approved states or in-office in our New York headquarters.
