About The Team:
Auctane’s Revenue Operations team is focused on optimizing revenue acceleration through operational efficiency, data and insights across the customer lifecycle, excellence in training, development and enablement.
About The Role:
Effective sales compensation plans are a critical point of maximizing revenue growth and ensuring a high level of sales rep engagement, motivation and effort. The Sales Compensation and Incentive Manager is responsible for managing the variable compensation plans for the Auctane Revenue Organization to ensure timely and accurate plan design, administration and analysis. The manager will interact with sales and finance leadership regularly and will be responsible for overall administration of the entire Auctane Sales Incentive Program.
Primary Objectives:
- Participates in the creation of sales incentive plans that align with company revenue objectives
- Administer sales compensation plans to ensure accurate and payout and conflict resolution
- Ensure that compensation plans are aligned to corporate goals and are administered in an equitable and transparent fashion.
- Conduct ongoing assessment of compensation performance and effectiveness to guide recommendations for change
- Administer the company's Incentive Compensation Management platform
- Respond to questions from sales and sales leadership related to compensation
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience with pulling, report, analyze, and provide insights on data
- Knowledge and experience working in Incentive Compensation Programs
- Understanding of working closely with sales leadership and sales representatives to answer questions and respond
- Communicate effectively and persuasively using data and facts
- Strong independent work ethic, self-starter, must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment and pick up new skills quickly.
- High degree of attention to detail.
- Team player – builds working relationships with team members and personnel at all levels.
What will Make You Stand Out:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Mathematics or equivalent years’ experience.
- Incentive Compensation Platform Certification (CaptivateIQ, Xactly, Varicent, etc...)
- Previous experience working in a Sales or Revenue Operations function
- Ninja-like xls, data modeling experience
The Tech:
- Extensive experience in /XLS, data modeling expertise
- Mac/GDoc environment
Travel Requirements
- Approx. 10%; Travel
Additional Position Duties:
- Sit for prolonged periods of time
- Utilize wrist and hands for a prolonged period of time
- Walk short distances
- Stand for short periods
- Speaking and conversing with others
- Lift up to 25lbs without assistance up to chest height
