Sales Consultant- Tampa or Orlando

Job Responsibilities and Requirements

This position can be filled in Tampa or Orlando.

Responsible for sales and service of Group Products to the producers within his/her assigned territory.

• Responsible for the sales of Company products, achieving sales goals by line of business.

• Responsible for the development of brokers within his/her sales territory.

• Adherence to established Field and Home Office administrative procedures.

• Adherence to company underwriting guidelines while soliciting and securing profitable business.

• Will provide service to policyholders and brokers as necessary.

• Assist the Regional Sales Manager in the general operation of sales office functions as requested.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Related Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Relevant Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred.

• Must have a minimum of 3 years previous group employee benefit sales experience. This request may be waived for exceptional candidates from outside of the of the group employee benefit industry on a case by case basis.

The expected hiring range reflects base salary only. Your total compensation package will consist of a combination of base salary and commission. This position can be filled in Tampa or Orlando.

Ability to Travel: Up to 50%

Work location may be flexible if approved by the Company.
