- Create compelling Outbound sequences based on personas, industries, product usage etc
- Iterate on experiments quickly to land on highly optimized sequences
- Maintain accurate database of email outreach copy and content that can be leveraged across projects
- Brainstorm multiple personalization points that can be leveraged in relevant context and use it in email copy
- Monitor response and interested rates and optimize copy to yield target interested and reply rates - scale up • Own and manage all Outbound and Product Qualified Lead sequences targeting existing users and net new contacts to help generate targeted SQOs per quarter
- Build effective Outbound sequences with multiple steps targeting the right decision makers based on pain points, industry needs, product-qualified signals, and other play ideas
- Monitor and optimize SDR sequence performance to hit 1.5% or above-interested rate with target personas
- Design and implement messaging to resonate with target personas in the SDR’s voice and structure for scalable personalization
- A/B test subject lines, content, CTAs to hit campaign conversion benchmarks: 35% open rate, 4% reply rate, and 0.8% interested rate for each template
- Build and maintain campaign backlog aligned with company go-to-market goals: seek out prioritization and deliver updates to stakeholders
- Regularly audit and update sequence and template content to ensure relevant and up-to-date messaging about product offerings including links, visuals attachments, etc
- Leverage the latest stats and materials from the product marketing team, research team, knowledge base, blog, and other resources to attract decision-makers
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
- Minimum 1+ year top performance track record in SDR role targeting mid-market or above
- SDR team lead or manager experience is a plus
- Prior track record of writing targeted and effective sales sequences
- Excellent written skills
- High degree of proficiency with sales sequence creation software (Apollo.io, Outreach, Salesloft)
