The Sales Coordinator role is critical to the success of the district through building and developing relationships with customers and our internal team. This role provides top-notch support to our Sales Representatives through assisting with the bid process, creating customer proposals, and providing administrative support in a fast-paced and thriving office.
A Day in the Life:
- You will offer inside sales support to a fun and dynamic team of Sales Representatives
- You will maintain great relationships with customers by providing best in class customer service and ensure all sales requirements are met
- You will assist in the preparation of customer proposals, PowerPoint presentations, and the management of the contract closeout process
- You will manage project reporting, contract documents, and subcontractor invoices
- You will gain invaluable knowledge about our HVAC business through critical support within the entire sales cycle

What you will Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of related experience in a sales environment
- This role is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
