Our offices are currently remote. Forbes aims to offer employees the flexibility they need to be successful. Upon our return to the office, the expectation is that this role can be based out of Jersey City, NJ. 

Accolades Sales Coordinators serve as key members of the licensing & profiles team. This includes preparing licensing sales proposals with the Accolade Sales Manager, fielding inbound inquiries, managing renewal cycle of existing customers,  providing prospective customers with rates and specifications while providing optimal client service and support to help move the sale from proposal to contract.  The Accolade Sales Coordinator will manage the post sale onboarding and fulfillment process.  In this role you will be an expert on our profile product and self service platform and provide client support and upsell opportunities.  Monitoring the inboxes for inbound data licensing sales request and fulfillment is also a requirement for this position.  

Accolade Sales Coordinators will also support the broader Accolade team including record keeping of customer orders from internal sales teams and external partners and inputting into our tracking systems. 

  • Order tracking within Salesforce.com of all internal orders and all outside partners sales.
  • Day-to-day support of the sales process for onboarding new licensing & profiles customers.  
  • Data Licensing – Working with internal list team to secure .csv spreadsheets of Forbes rankings to format and license for purchase.  Fielding all inbound requests for spreadsheet data of various lists and rankings
  • Entering information for current company Profile customers and entering updates upon request through internal content management systems.
  • Solid understanding of all Forbes licensing products including logo, badge and quote usage rights, content syndication, reprints, awards and plaques and our fast-growing Profiles products.
  • Work across the media organization to assist Profiles & Licensing management in all enterprise level proposal development and volume deals.
  • Work closely with and communicate directly with client/agency/partner & vendor contacts during the initial sale process, from proposal to order. 
  • Traffic necessary paperwork and proposal deliverables through internal channels.
  • Administrative tasks to assist in the management of all outside list and licensing partnerships. 


The annual base salary range for this role is $60,000 - $75,000

Forbes has estimated the compensation range set forth above in good faith.  The compensation range is what we believe we will offer, and ultimately pay, a successful candidate.  In determining this range, we consider the experience, level of education (if applicable to the role), knowledge, skills, and abilities required to be had by a successful candidate as well as the budget and the company’s pay rates, generally.
