Cycling Frog is normalizing the consumption of casual use THC products. We are on a mission to make THC convenient, affordable, and fun by making a sessionable THC beverage the same price as a beer or soda. We want to change the way THC is consumed and viewed by our society by focusing on lower potency ready to drink beverages that can easily fit into anyone's lifestyle. Under the Federal Farm Bill, we are allowed to sell these low potency THC products across all 50 states via the internet and anywhere you can grab a beer.

Cycling Frog is looking to bring on a Sales Coordinator to help organize the department as we continue to grow rapidly. We are a small, scrappy team and this role will manage existing inboard POs from select clients, coordinate with customers and internally on logistics information, and cover all the miscellaneous things that come with being on a small team in Ballard.

We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role will be based in Seattle and will be responsible for the following:

  • Manage the overall sales department administration, organization, purchasing, documentation and processes.
  • Manage sales event registration, logistics, budgeting, and coordination.
  • Create, purchase and manage departmental sales materials and other miscellaneous sales department purchases/inventory as needed.
  • Oversee the sales team office space, ensuring optimal workflow, workspace, office supplies and other details are in order to support the team.
  • Manage all product and sales related documents - from price sheets to product listings to keep them up to date with accurate and consistent information.
  • Create and organize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Set up new sales department projects and be able to execute them in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and organize CRM customer information. Creating and adjusting Sequences and automation in Hubspot to optimize functionality.
  • Update Forecasts for B2B and Distributor channels monthly.
  • Manage system setup and order entry for dropship program and distribution.
  • Create and manage monthly sales reports.
  • Responsible for ensuring all resale certificates and business documents for resellers are properly uploaded and maintained in Avalara.
  • Manage files in BrandBox to ensure distributors and resellers have all the supporting documents, artworks and files they need to be successful.
  • Directing customer feedback to applicable parties within the organization. Partner with the sales team to determine how to improve processes and drive optimal customer experience.
  • Manage customer communications regarding LTL/FTL logistics and tracking.
  • Work with the Financial team to keep client balances and expectations up to date.
  • Answer customer inquiries and function as secondary point of contact for sales teams as needed.
  • Participate in conventions and expos, either on site or in office support.
  • Review inventory levels and participate in expected restocking forecasts.
  • Adding new products to the BTB marketplace and coordinating new product launches across internal channels.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales administrative experience required. Marijuana, hemp, or CPG sales experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, or Communications equivalent preferred.
  • Self-directed, highly organized, customer-focused, and detail oriented.
  • Able to thrive in a startup environment where one needs to be self driven, able to figure out the answers on their own and manage themselves.
  • Preferred experience with BrandBox, Hubspot, Shopify, Avalara, and Shipstation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Adobe Photoshop
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Able to pivot to changing priorities.
  • Willing to travel.

  • Salary.
  • Range: $45,000-60,000, Annually.
