What's The Job?
We are searching for a Sales Coordinator to join our Willow Grove teamwho would be responsible for the coordination of sales activities, working directly with Sales Management Sales team to provide related administrative support. This would include day to day administrative activities and assisting the sales team from order inception to delivery. This includes proposal generation, processing and entering of orders, various report generation, coordination of delivery and set up of equipment along with customer interaction.
What Will I Be Doing?
Here are just a few things you can expect to do daily:
- Facilitate the distribution of sales related information between customers and other departments as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales department.
- Interface with existing and prospective customers.
- Assist with sales proposal generation, order processing, and coordination in our CRM system.
- Maintain analyze activity in our CRM database with regards to sales orders.
- Maintain monthly sales reports as required.
- Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
- Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
- Maintain serialized digital inventory for both new and used equipment.
What Makes Me Qualified?

- BS/BA in business administration, or relevant experience in a sales support role.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a B2B sales environment.
- Previous experience with order processing and accounting.
- Experience in B2B business administration support role or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing.
- Computer proficiency with an ability to navigate and manage a CRM system.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
