Job Description

The Sales Coordinator directly supports Growth Leadership, Account Executives and Client Management. Contributes to projects and processes that improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force. Prepares and performs technical support of sales presentations. May support sales with technical issues. Resolves inquiries and conducts research to provide product and service information to sales associates. Applies standard techniques and procedures to routine instructions that require professional knowledge in specialist areas. Provides standard professional advice and creates initial reports/analyses for review. May provide guidance, coaching, and direction to more junior members of the team in Sales Operations.

What you must have

  • Associate degree or higher, preferred
  • Five (5) year's experience supporting sales, marketing or executive teams
  • Adept with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to interact with executive-level clients and prospects
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to plan for and integrate multiple tasks concurrently
  • Works well independently with some direction

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate schedules, location and other logistics for sales meetings
  • Assists team with travel, expense and CRM.
  • Support conference and trade show logistics for team members
  • Schedule sales training and development sessions
  • Helps sales leadership team with new technology enforcement and adoption
  • Define process for onboarding training of new team members (specifically around technologies)
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as requested by leadership

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 27 - 41 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
