We are currently recruiting for a Sales Coordinator - North & South America (Temporary) to join our teamIn this position you will be responsible for supporting the Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) by providing logistical support, maintaining system quotations and updating designs, ensuring CRM data completeness and accuracy, and producing and distributing Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports that improve opportunity win rates.
Duration: ~6 months
Location: Carlsbad, CA or Alameda, CA preffered
What you will do in the position:
- Under the direction of the RSMs, update quotations to Partners and Customers as necessary.
- Work independently to bring closure to existing quotes, as directed by Director of Sales.
- Record quotations in our CRM to reflect any change in project status (amendments, closure, etc).
- Produce reports indicating status of quotes, results of quotes, value of quotes, etc.
- Forwards incoming sales calls and potential opportunities to appropriate Regional Managers
- Assist RSM and Partners with their system requirements
- Collaborate with Partners and Customers on system design questions, proposals, and opportunities for up selling.
- Collaborate with the Application Engineers (AEs) as necessary to validate proposals, while continuously striving to reduce dependency on AEs for all but complex system designs.
- Support RSMs' requirements for maintaining current data in our ERP system and our CRM
- Independently verify accuracy of recorded information
- Coordinate requests for Partner information from RSMs with various involved parties - Sales Support, Finance, Shipping, Materials, etc. Act as the proxy for RSM in acquiring required information from various internal sources.
- Ensure new Partners/Accounts/Contacts are added to our ERP system and CRM in advance of any sales orders, including additional information gleaned from other sources (E.g. Google).
- Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints
- Assist RSMs as requested with demonstration requirements
- Coordinate demo logistics: shipping and tracking of equipment, site requirements, staff attendance, etc.
- Assist the RSMs with warehouse transfer orders for equipment, and, in conjunction with the AEs, demo systems management and tracking.
- Learn Clear-Com product offerings and applications
- Develop and continuously improve working structural knowledge of Clear-Com products and systems in order to validate system designs and orders for completeness, compatibility, and accuracy.
- Be able to manage situations when the RSMs are temporarily unavailable (E.g. in transit).
- Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the team.
- Performs all other job duties as assigned.
What you will need to succeed in this position:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must
- Computer proficiency with MS Office including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
- Ability to read/write Spanish and/or Portuguese a strong plus
- Create and deliver clear, concise presentations
- Detail-oriented and exceptionally well-organized
- Working knowledge of MS Dynamic AX and Salesforce or other CRM a plus
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under deadlines
- Bachelor's Degree - preferred
- Minimum 3 years related experience
- Prior sales experience a plus
Pay Range: $22.35 - $27.93 per hour This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for the role. This may vary depending on experience and other factors.
