We design, build and optimize eCommerce experiences on Shopify Plus for global brands.
The Sales Coordinator is a detail-oriented individual who contributes to the achievement of sales targets by supporting sales representatives, coordinating sales activities, qualifying inbound leads, conducting outreach, and maintaining both strong customer and partnership relationships. They also play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. They must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and potentially closing smaller projects. Opportunity to grow into a Growth Manager position.
Responsibilities
- Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers or partners to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Proficiency in Sales CRM Tools such as Hubspot and Salesforce
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
- Maintain a self-starter attitude while supporting the creation of outreach strategies for new lead generation methods
- Monitor and attend meetings with prospects while handling the introductions and follow-up with the sales representatives
- Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Sales Representatives
Requirements
- Familiar with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with extensive public speaking experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member, qualifying inbound and outbound leads
- Proven ability to be organized and responsible for their own work.
- Great work ethic and are eager to learn and make new connections with prospects
