Sales Coordinator - Work at Home - evi-Core

Job Description

The Sales Coordinator supports Client Relationship Executives and Client Management team with expense reports, travel support, meeting coordination, logistics, supplies, and other tasks as needed. Additionally, this position monitors and distributes sales leads from web-forms and voice message. The Sales Coordinator will assist in organizing eviCore's annual growth conference and other internal and external conference meetings.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Travel & Meeting Logistics
  
  • Schedule travel itineraries and support expense reports
  • Coordinate schedules, location, and other logistics for sales meetings
  • Support conference and trade show logistics
  • Help organize eviCore's annual Growth Summit
  • Schedule sales training and development sessions
• Tools & Supplies
  
  • Manage supply requests for sales teams
  • Support invoicing for tools, databases, and other sales technologies
  • Support Sales team with Help Desk requests and technology issues
  • Helps sales leadership team with new technology enforcement and adoption
• Phone, E-mail, and Web Sales Referrals
  
  • Monitor the eviCore sales phone number and distribute sales leads
  • Triage e-mail and web-form sales referrals
• Project Management
  
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as requested by leadership
  • Define process for onboarding training of new team members (specifically around technologies)
  • Coordinate and support new Growth team member training events
  • Enroll Growth employees in eviCore's Sales Certificaton Program
  • Maintain an updated list eviCore and joint Health Services clients
  • Collect updates from leaders for monthly EC Growth update
  • Distribute weekly Growth newsletter through Pardot

What you must have

• Associate degree or higher
• Five (5) years' experience supporting sales, marketing or executive teams
• Adept with Microsoft Office
• Ability to interact with executive-level clients and prospects
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to plan for and integrate multiple tasks concurrently
• Works well independently with some direction

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of $27 - $40, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
