About the Role:
Sales Operations Analyst, Crediting will run the credit certification process. They will complete the current process, assess any needed efficiencies, and ensure accurate execution of the Go-To-Market credit policy. They will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the crediting guidelines, deal splits, MBOs, other credit and compensation programs, and ad-hoc reporting/analytics. They also ensure we have appropriate documentation of our processes. The ideal candidate will need to be a self-starter, problem solver, great communicator, and savvy in Excel, Salesforce, and Tableau.
This opportunity is a nine-month contract opportunity. There may be opportunities for contract extension or conversion to a full-time role based on performance and business needs, but it cannot be guaranteed.Â
What You'll Do:
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of Sales and CSM credits by executing the credit certification processÂ
- Gathering and uploading all types of sales credits and their details into our ICM including regular credits, bonus credits, deal splits, etc.
- Review and respond to credit or commission inquiries
- Communicate monthly and quarterly deadlines to Sales ManagementÂ
- Monitor Salesforce queue for the Credit and Compensation teams
- Enhance the current processes and collaborate with the team on implementing improvements
- Partner with Territories and Quotas, Sales Support, Sales Ops Analytics, and immediate team on cross-functional processes and projects like Temp Coverage, Leave of Absence tracking, and commissions reporting
- Maintain positive relationships with GTM and Finance partners by answering questions, providing resources, and prioritizing accuracy.
- Maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in all tasks and projects.
- Create, review, and update process documentation

- Minimum 3 years of experience in an operations role for sales or field operations. Foundation in Sales Support/Crediting.
- Proficient in SalesforceÂ
- Strong Excel skillsÂ
- Able to work in a remote environment

- Strong attention to detail and is organized
- Problem solver, analytical mindset who can create a story with data
- Creative, intellectually curious, and able to scale steep learning curves quickly
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $40 - $50
