Job Title: Sales & Customer Support Specialist

Location: Full-time, In-Person | Mon-Fri, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and live chat to provide product information, and support, and guide them through the buying process.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue growth.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and market trends to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Gather customer feedback and collaborate with the product and marketing teams to enhance our offerings and customer experience.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests diligently and accurately.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve your skills and knowledge continuously.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers positively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complaints and emergencies calmly and efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as proficiency in MS Office and relevant computer software.
  • A team player with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Must have Firearm Knowledge

Physical Demands:
Occasional lifting (up to 50lbs), and possible travel for trade shows.
