Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Sales Deployment Project Manager based at our Greenville, NC location.
What you will do:

Responsible for managing key business initiatives for Sales, Sales Operations, and the Business Development team, ensuring successful outcomes, adoption, and timely execution.

Serve as the liaison between internal and external teams, ensuring that process changes align with desired outcomes and drive continuous improvement.

Utilize available resources to maximize value from process improvements and major account initiatives, contributing to the development of a robust prospect pipeline for future sales.

Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales process metrics to support informed business decisions.

Collaborate closely with sales leaders, marketing, customer intelligence, and inventory management teams to drive revenue growth across key accounts and metro areas.

What you will need:

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.

Experience: At least 5 years of relevant work experience.

Alternative Qualification: In lieu of a degree, 10 years of equivalent work experience.
Skills, Experience, & Abilities

Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and organizational skills.

Ability to independently define, plan, and manage projects and programs.

Leadership skills to effectively engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams at various levels within the organization.

Experience with CRM systems, sales pipeline management, and other business management tools preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to assess situations, determine importance, urgency, and risk, and make timely decisions that align with organizational goals.
