Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Sales Deployment Project Manager based at our Greenville, NC location. 

  

What you will do: 

  • Responsible for managing key business initiatives for Sales, Sales Operations, and the Business Development team, ensuring successful outcomes, adoption, and timely execution. 

  • Serve as the liaison between internal and external teams, ensuring that process changes align with desired outcomes and drive continuous improvement. 

  • Utilize available resources to maximize value from process improvements and major account initiatives, contributing to the development of a robust prospect pipeline for future sales. 

  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales process metrics to support informed business decisions. 

  • Collaborate closely with sales leaders, marketing, customer intelligence, and inventory management teams to drive revenue growth across key accounts and metro areas.

  • Proactive self-starter who drives projects forward, identifies opportunities for improvement, and takes ownership of outcomes. 

 

What you will need: 

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field. 

  • Experience: At least 5 years of relevant work experience. 

  • Alternative Qualification: In lieu of a degree, 10 years of equivalent work experience. 

 

Skills, Experience, & Abilities  

  • Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and organizational skills. 

  • Ability to independently define, plan, and manage projects and programs. 

  • Leadership skills to effectively engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams at various levels within the organization. 

  • Experience with CRM systems, sales pipeline management, and other business management tools preferred. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 

  • Ability to assess situations, determine importance, urgency, and risk, and make timely decisions that align with organizational goals.
