The Role
AXS is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Sales Development Coordinator to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. This role will provide support to the Sales team.
What Will You Do?
- Assist in the build and growth of sales pipeline of clients within the music and sports vertical through lead generation
- Handle CRM administrative functions including data entry as well as the maintenance of our lead and opportunity data
- Assist with the production of effective sales and client enablement materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, success stories, blog posts, and best practices guide
- Coordinate events and tradeshows in partnership with Sales and external partners, including planning, registration, logistics, vendor management, marketing materials, and post-event follow-up
- Organize branded swag production, client gifting, and marketing materials production with external vendors and suppliers
- Support the Sales Team with ad-hoc tasks as needed
- Audit the data that lives within our CRM - ensuring that our sales team is entering information correctly, updating as needed and that our handoff to CS is accurate
- Provide administrative support for Sales teams including coordinating calls with clients
What Will You Bring?
- High School Diploma or its equivalency (BA/BS Degree Preferred)
- 2-4 years’ experience in customer service
- Working knowledge of business software tools and marketing/design technology: Slack, G-Suite, Notion, Figma, CRM (Salesforce and HubSpot).
- Passion for the live entertainment industry, including sports and music
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with various teams & various levels of an organization
- Ability to understand sales cycle/ sales organization and it's needs
- Proactive problem solver, self-starter, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is a team player

Pay Scale: 19.56 - 28.53
