  • Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor key metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of sales development efforts, providing regular reports and insights to the leadership team.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously refine and improve sales development processes, methodologies, and tools to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and professional development opportunities to the sales development team, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, using market research to identify new opportunities and improve sales strategies.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including prospects, customers, and partners, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales development role within the software sales industry.
  • Strong understanding of software sales processes, lead generation techniques, and sales methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing sales development teams, achieving revenue targets, and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales development strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to track performance metrics and provide data-driven insights.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, sales engagement platforms, and other sales tools.
