Job Summary
The purpose of this position is to develop sales for OneAmerica Securities by way of educating and advancing the knowledge of our field partners. In depth knowledge of broker/dealer and RIA related products and services is required as well as the ability to conduct group presentations both in-person and via web meetings. In addition to the primary tasks, this position will assist in recruiting new field partners to the firm.

This selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN.The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, WI, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.

In this role, you will:
- Perform Advanced sales support for OneAmerica Securities registered reps, DSP's and departmental staff. This involves product research, case design, product selection, hypotheticals and illustrations.
- Assist in the promotion of the OAS Registered Investment Advisor, educating Investment Advisor Representatives on products, services and practice management techniques.
- Develops promotional material and presentations to deliver at field offices and/or industry meetings.
- Participates in the recruitment and onboarding of new General Agents and Registered Representatives.
We are seeking:
- Bachelors degree in business or finance, or related work experience
- Series 24 is preferred
- Life license is preferred
- Progress towards ChFC or CFP designation is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in an agency distribution system
- Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
