Agility Recovery is seeking a Sales Development Manager . In this role, you will lead our sales development strategy by recruiting and leading a high performing sales development team to drive pipeline goals by setting meetings on behalf of our sales team for software and recovery services. Your team is responsible for setting qualified meetings with future customers to help drive pipeline and deliver results to support our growth strategy. You will be directly responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and motivating the team, achieving pipeline generation targets, while also being a mentor to facilitate their career progression. You will work closely with other senior leaders across a variety of departments including sales, marketing, and operations.
You'll help elevate your team's sales skills and industry knowledge through coaching and training and will take a data-driven approach to performance management. You take pride in exceeding goals by supporting your team and putting them in a position to succeed. You love coaching and team development as well as cultivating a culture of high performance and collaboration.
Agility Recovery is seeking an outstanding sales development manager to join our team in Atlanta, GA, or Denver, CO , reporting directly to the SVP of Marketing .
In this role, you will:
  • Manage sales development organization to goals, objectives, and quota achievement
  • Hire, train, coach, develop, and lead a high-performing team of outbound sales development representatives
  • Reference weekly/monthly individual and team reports to track performance and accountability
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a positive working relationship and maximize the impact and effectiveness of sales development
  • Conduct rep productivity reviews, regular 1:1 coaching to performance, team metrics and meetings, role playing, standups
  • Train reps to prospect, cold call, handle objections, and schedule discovery calls for the sales team
  • Collaborate with campaign managers and marketing operations to drive new business through demand generation
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Create and update resources such as cadences, call scripts and prospecting emails to drive consistency and strong results
  • Establish metrics and dashboards to measure and improve team performance
  • Report against KPIs to senior management and provide corresponding analysis
  • Coach and develop your team to help them continually improve their performance, coaching reps towards a career as an account executive in under two years
  • Ensure the effective use of applicable data and tools, such as Salesforce.com, Salesloft , ZoomInfo, LI Navigator, etc.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equi valent
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, sales development, or inside sales; team leadership or management ex perience
  • 1+ years of team lead or management experience, preferably in a rapid-growth environment
  • Proven track record of establishing and achieving or exceeding measurable goals in a highly productive sales development environment
  • Ability to train, coach, and mentor sales development representatives
  • Ability to interact effectively and build strong relationships with all levels of management
    • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
    • Strong skills and ability to train, coach and motivate sales teams
    • Passion for developing talent and coaching a team to success while building an energetic and winning team environment
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to professionally interact with a diverse blend of personalities to reach a resolution and maintain strong relationships
    • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales management, sales operations, marketing and more
    • Proven track record of delivering pipeline targets with a growth mindset
    • Proven experience leveraging CRM software, preferably Salesforce, to manage high performing teams
    • Passion for sales, sales process, data and coaching/developing teams, taking ownership of your work to drive optimal results
