Sales Development Manager
Job Description
As a Sales Development Manager you will focus on leading a team of Sales Development Representatives while they prospect and generate quality leads and opportunities for both Inside and Outside Sales reps to increase revenue, grow market share and increase product presentation.
By leading the "SDR team" through outbound outreach, targeted campaigns, emails and calls you will be responsible for guiding reps to generate interest, qualify prospects and create opportunities. Position Responsibilities & Essential functions
- Analyze sales pipeline in order to create awareness and generate product interest based on the needs of the sales organization
- Build trusting relationships with key stakeholders
- Social selling via tools like LinkedIn navigator
- Collaborate with sales executives and sales leadership to meet company objectives
- Direct the follow up with existing customers to identify new potential needs
- Push the utilization of leads internally once generated
- Ensure follow up with the customer on any inbound leads within 24 hours is taking place
- Lead the team through generating qualified leads for the sales organization through cold calls, emails, social outreach, networking and independent research
- Daily communication with and reporting to sales managers
- Enhance customer experience and relationships through rep skill building
- Daily Utilization of Salesforce.com to direct the building of sales pipeline, activities and tasks
- Drive the efforts of salesforce.com cleanup trough customer outreach when needed
Qualifications
Minimum:
- The ideal candidate will be customer focused and results driven
- Excellent written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills
- organizational Skills
- 2+ Years' experience in sales
- 2+ Years in a leadership role
- Strong coaching capabilities
- Time Management Skills
- Active listening & adaptability
- Microsoft Office
Preferred:
- Experience using Salesforce.com is a plus
- Strong desire and ability for advancement within the sales organization
Salary = $90,000 + Bonus + Benefits
