The Job
As the Sales Development Manager at Panther, you will be responsible for hiring and training a team of highly motivated SDRs to build a qualified pipeline of potential customers as well as helping define the strategic trajectory of the organization.
We’re looking for a Sales Development Manager to join us in spreading the mission of Panther. In this role, you will report to the VP of Marketing and work alongside a team of folks that focus on understanding the business needs of our customers.

The Responsibilities
- Own hiring and building of the day-to-day management of the SDR organization
- Coach and mentor early-stage career folks through promotion and beyond
- Work cross-functionally with Demand Gen, PMM and the Selling organization to improve efficiency during the lead and deal funnels
- Foster and improve SDR best practices
- Influence tooling and workflow decisions that would increase department efficiency
The Requirements
- 3+ years SDR leadership experience
- User and Leadership based experience with a typical Sales tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach.io, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator, Drift Chat, etc.)
- Experience building an empathetic sales culture
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills
- High degree of comfort in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Points
- Cloud or Security sales experience
Cash compensation range: 170,000-200,000 OTE (50/50 pay split) USD Annually
The cash compensation above includes base salary and on-target commission for employees in eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all full-time Pantherinos are eligible to participate in our equity plan to receive Incentive Stock Options (ISO). Individual compensation packages are based on a few factors unique to each candidate, including their location, experience, and expertise, and may vary from the above-mentioned range.
