The Opportunity:
The Sales Development Representative is an exciting commercial development opportunity that will report into our Director of Sales. You’ll play a pivotal role as the first point of contact for new customer leads by adding a personalized touch to engage with our potential new customers; utilizing various modes of communication (chat, email, phone, video, and social media).
In this role, you will partner with Account Executives and Relationship Managers to identify opportunities for improving our team’s customer conversion rate. Strong collaboration and relationship building skills are a must, as this role involves working with diverse stakeholders across multiple teams.Â
As an SDR you’ll have the opportunity for professional progression into other functional areas within the Sales & Marketing Teams.Â
For this position, we are looking for someone located in Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zones.
What You’ll Do:
- Follow up with leads via chat, email, phone, video, and social media
- Research target accounts and perform outreach through emails, calls, and social media
- Perform minor discovery to identify the needs and scale of an opportunity
- Schedule qualified opportunities with our Account Executives
- Research and personalize communications to high-value leads
- Design systems to better improve your funnels and performance
