Sales Development Representative

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
As a sales development representative, you will focus on adding new prospects to the pipeline through customer outreach and cold calling. The SDR partners with the sales Director to focus on sales strategy to move leads through the pipeline and manage communication with buyers at defined stages of the sale.
What your day will look like:
- Cold calling and outreach
- Quickly responding to inbound leads
- Prospecting via video and social media
- Setting meetings with prospects
- Handling the introductions with the sales representatives and prospects
- Following up on scheduled meetings with the sales representatives
- Initiating discovery conversations with buyers to determine needs
- Utilizing Salesforce
- Nurturing leads and monitoring buyer engagement
- Cultivating meaningful communications with buyers
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships
- Attending community events as needed
What you bring to the table:
- Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods
- Anticipate needs by studying services and conducting market research to identify new leads
- Ability to support senior sales representatives on outbound strategies
- Enjoy being the first point of contact for new business prospects
- Determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
- Innovative mindset that can bring lead generation ideas to weekly meetings
- Flawless communication skills
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member
- Achieve outbound calls every day
- Possess a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
- Create new connections with prospects
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other similar prospecting applications
- Keep track of dead-end leads
- Must be an excellent problem-solver
- Collaborate in an exceedingly competitive environment
General Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
