Flex is an early-stage, remote-first FinTech startup that is bringing flexible payments to recurring bills. It’s hard to believe that it’s 2022 and you’re still not able to choose when you pay your bills. Flex is here to change that! Flex is a multi-bill platform. We began by revolutionizing rent — Americans’ largest recurring bill. We enable our users to pay rent and bills throughout the month on a schedule that better fits their finances. With Flex, everybody can better manage their bills and budget. After deliberately keeping a stealth profile as we built up unprecedented investor support and an enthusiastic user base, we plan to scale to 300 team members in 2022. Flex is on a mission to revolutionize the way bills are paid and we are looking for an exceptional sales rockstar to join our team as we rapidly expand into new markets. 
 
The successful candidate will be a team player, have an entrepreneurial mindset, see ambiguity as an opportunity and possess relentless grit, humility and curiosity. 
 
If you are an established sales professional, ready to be a part of building a once in a generation company, we should chat. 
What you will be doing:
  • New client acquisition - drive revenue and market share within rental real estate market
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline in CRM  
  • Establish relationships with senior executives and decision-makers through outbound efforts
  • Educate prospective customers on the value of Flex 
  • You navigate key decision makers to build awareness within organizations
  • You will collaborate and work with different members of the Accounts team to build strategic adoption plans for new customers
What you should have:
  • 1-2 years of sales experience
  • Consistent track record of quota attainment
  • Develops relationships with middle management and ownership  quickly and effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptive
  • Skilled at phone, email, and social media prospecting
