JumpCrew is hiring high energy, driven professionals with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude and natural sales instincts to join our team as a Sales Development Representative. The SDR team is the first point of contact for our prospects, establishing and managing relationships with key decision makers throughout the United States.
We are working with a client that is a technology-focused enterprise workforce management solution provider - through the SaaS platform we provide large organizations around the world in the manufacturing, energy production, public service (government), and other complex/dynamic environments with cutting-edge employee scheduling and absence management solutions.
Our goal is to continue to empower these essential businesses by providing modern and creative software solutions, while partnering with and enabling their most valuable asset - their employees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities to fuel our Enterprise and Mid-Market sales team• Prospect and lay the foundation for a strong, long lasting relationship• Conduct high level conversations with executives and decision makers• Work closely with Marketing and Account Executives to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business• Research potential markets and industries for our Sales Team• Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities

Qualifications
- 1+ year of outbound sales experience required
- Experience working in a CRM
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to think strategically
- Positive attitude

- Location: Nashville, TN, Hybrid schedule, Monday & Friday WFH, Tuesday-Thursday in the office
- Unlimited PTO plan
- Base salary + monthly commission OTE $57,000-$69,000
