The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and accomplished Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our rapidly growing commercial team at Linus Health. As an outbound SDR, you will help build a high velocity sales pipeline and contribute meaningfully to both our company growth and mission. 

What You’ll do:

  • Maintain responsibility for lead qualification and follow-up for all outbound prospects to convert them into qualified opportunities for Account Executives
  • Execute a high volume of outbound prospecting calls and/or emails to schedule both in-person & virtual in-services at physician offices 
  • Perform thorough discovery to learn about the medical practices of each prospect and the care delivery challenges they face. Educate the prospective customer, follow up when needed, and provide value-driven conversations leading to scheduled qualified meetings.
  • Research prospects and help prepare Account Executives for all meetings scheduled on their behalf 
  • Build outbound campaigns, in partnership with Account Executives, to engage target organizations and personas proactively via email, calls, LinkedIn etc.
  • Track activity and report on KPIs to senior leadership using Salesforce
  • Share your learnings from daily customer conversations with the sales and product teams.

About You:

Must Haves:

  • 2+ years of prior experience as a BDR or SDR 
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Track record of consistently hitting BDR/SDR performance targets
  • Proven ability to engage effectively and professionally with physicians and healthcare professionals
  • Effective communicator (internally and with external prospects, clients, etc) with good listening skills, confidence, and genuine curiosity to understand the prospects' pains. 
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Go-getter attitude and ability to operate effectively with a fast-paced startup 
  • Healthcare industry experience 
  • Salesforce experience
