As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be at the front of Particle Health's go-to-market strategy. This includes qualifying inbound leads, hunting for new lead opportunities, mapping enterprise accounts, and building demand for Particle's products.Â
Ideal SDRs have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our sales closers up for success. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills and have the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.Â
This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop enterprise technology sales skills to advance their sales career. Successful SDRs earn accelerated commissions and head down the path for promotion into closing roles. You will work closely with our sales executives and Director of Sales Operations.
 Areas of Responsibility- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
- Find companies that match our criteria as being potential customers
- Determine relevant contacts at those companies for us to reach out to
- Send personalized emails to relevant contacts based on doing research
- Work closely with our sales executives and Director of Sales Operations to schedule meetings
- Occasionally run initial qualification calls for inbound leads
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps
- Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook
- High level of interest in healthcare
- Excitement around building a career in sales
- Comfortable in a face-paced environment
- Desire to be in a goal-oriented, quota-carrying role
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
- 2-3 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets
- Experience / proficiency with SFDC
Compensation for this role includes a base salary of $80-$85K with variable compensation of $20-$25K at OTE plus equity.
