Since launching in January 2020, we have gone from a team of 5 to over 4,000 across the United States. With a heavy focus on clinical quality and safety in all that we do, we’ve accomplished excellent outcomes for hundreds of thousands of clients:

  • 82% of clients report an improvement in their anxiety symptoms after using Cerebral.  
  • 75% of clients who report improvement in their depression see improvement within 60 days.  
  • 50% of clients who initially report suicidal ideation no longer harbor suicidal thoughts after treatment with Cerebral.

The Role:

  • Key contributor in growing Cerebral’s B2B partnerships vertical
  • Work with Director of Partnerships to:
    • Create target lists of accounts and contacts
    • Develop mass outreach campaigns
    • Identify target accounts for direct phone call outreach
  • Clearly articulate Cerebral’s value proposition to a variety of stakeholders, including:
    • Physicians
    • Nurses
    • Executives
    • Office managers
    • Referral coordinators
    • Program managers
  • Execute on phone call campaigns
  • Own the follow up cadence with potential partners
  • Hold sales calls individually and alongside Director of Partnerships and other Cerebral team members 
  • Document campaign results
  • Conduct thorough research on strategic opportunities

  • Developing and refining a sales pitch to effectively articulate value to a potential partner
  • Clear writing skills for email-based communication
  • Understanding of how to navigate a sales process, identify timelines and key stakeholders, and drive towards goals
  • Organizational skills to report data around sales efforts
  • Ability to ask probing questions to uncover needs in a sales setting
  • Highly collaborative approach to working with Cerebral teammates
  • Proactive approach to identifying and executing on new opportunities
