We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by qualifying and nurturing leads.

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
  • Conduct initial qualification of leads to determine their potential as sales opportunities
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and educate them about our products and services
  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule and coordinate product demonstrations and meetings
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system
  • Continuously develop and refine your sales and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify potential business opportunities
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns and suggest improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from lead generation to conversion
Sample Daily Activities:
  • 40-60 outbound dials a day
  • Follow up on new demos to confirm appointment and details
  • Follow up calls to to webinar attendees
  • Call down to invite people to upcoming webinars
  • Follow up with lead magnet registrations to schedule a demo
  • Call out to new prospects
  • Use dialer & email to automate communication
  • Identify new sources of prospects to reach out to
  • Build a list of high value prospects to engage with
  • Continuously review, revise, and optimize your processes and materials

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities, with a focus on finding win-win solutions
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive for achieving and exceeding targets
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus, with the ability to effectively utilize technology to streamline sales processes
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business, marketing, or a related field
  • You must be a resident of Washington, California, or Utah
