We have raised over $100M in funding from top tier investors including ICONIQ and Madrona Venture Group (early backers of Airbnb, Amazon, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Snowflake) to tackle the hardest technology problems in the travel industry.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative who can help us qualify opportunities and open doors at prospective customer accounts. Our business is growing rapidly, creating opportunities to move into other roles over time.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Account Executives to develop and execute customer acquisition strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop and qualify inbound leads and execute demand generation campaigns
  • Act as the first point of contact for potential customers responding to inbound leads from our website and other channels
  • Develop strategies to generate meetings and build pipeline with prospective Spotnana customers
  • Research target accounts to identify key decision makers, understand business challenges, and build persona-based value propositions
  • Prospect for new customers through phone calls, emails, and other channels with an eye toward exceeding expectations
  • Conduct discovery calls and qualify opportunities
  • Consistently track activity in Salesforce and Outreach
  • Continually learn about our dynamic industry and product offerings

Qualifications

  • 6+ months experience in sales or sales development
  • Experience developing new business relationships
  • Experience conversing with C-level executives
  • Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and time management skills
  • Enjoys challenges, and consistently looks for opportunities to learn, improve, and grow
  • Resilient, persistent, self-motivated, and organized
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding monthly targets
  • Team player with a strong desire to win
  • Willingness to work hybrid schedule in NYC office 2 - 3 days per week

Spotnana strives to offer fair, industry-competitive and equitable compensation. Our approach holistically assesses total compensation, including cash, company equity and comprehensive benefits. Our market-based compensation approach uses data from trusted third party compensation sources to set salary ranges that are thoughtful and consistent with the role, industry, company size, and internal equity of our team. Each employee is paid within the minimum and maximum of their position’s compensation range based on their skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related specifications. 

The annual cash compensation for this role is: $60,000 - $80,000 USD
