Job Description
Technomic, is seeking a dynamic, qualified Sales Development Representative to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work with foodservice operators, manufacturers, and others to help drive growth within their businesses.Â
We need a self-motivated individual with the ability to think on their feet, work in a fast-paced environment, and is hungry to grow their career in sales.Â
​Responsibilities includeÂ

​Conducting lead generation, prospecting, and sourcing high-potential leads within assigned territoriesÂ

​Proactively scheduling calls with prospective clients via phone and email

​Researching prospective clients or current clients to identify new sales opportunities, customize communications strategies, and ensure prospects understand the value of our extensive products and servicesÂ

​Partnering with Business Development Managers to support plans for sales territories, with a goal of supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targetsÂ
Qualifications
- 1+ years in a Subscription / SAAS sales role, or relevant work experience

​Experience using lead generations tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, Salesforce and other tools) to identify and capture key contactsÂ

​Strong curiosity and interest in the foodservice and retail sectors

​Self-starter able to work independently and as a team with other sales professionals

​Highly professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills

​Ability to work within deadlines in a calm and efficient manner

Salary Range:
- Competitive salary range: $50,000 - $57,000 plus commission, offering the potential for further earnings based on performance**
